These terms govern your use of excellpups.com and any purchase of puppies from Excell Pups.

Puppy Sales & Reservations

Reservations: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the purchase price) secures your chosen puppy. The remaining balance is due before shipping or collection.

Full Purchase: Full payment is required before your puppy is shipped or made available for collection.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversions are approximate and based on current exchange rates.

Health Guarantee

Every puppy sold by Excell Pups comes with:

  • 10-Day Viral Health Guarantee: If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening viral illness within 10 days of arrival, we will replace the puppy or provide a full refund (veterinary documentation required).
  • 2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee: Covers hereditary conditions including hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, and cardiac conditions. A licensed veterinarian must confirm the diagnosis. We will replace the puppy or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Conditions: The health guarantee requires that the puppy receives veterinary examination within 72 hours of arrival, follows our recommended vaccination schedule, and is fed an appropriate diet.

Shipping & Delivery

We arrange ethical, climate-controlled shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, and select international destinations. Shipping costs are separate from the puppy price and vary by destination. All required documentation (APHIS, DEFRA, Pet Passport) is prepared by our team.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live animal sales, we do not accept returns. If you can no longer care for your Excell Pups puppy at any point in its life, contact us — we will help rehome the dog responsibly.

Refunds for deposits are not available once a puppy has been reserved, except under the health guarantee terms above.

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy from Excell Pups, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, loving home environment
  • Follow recommended veterinary care schedules
  • Never resell the puppy to a pet store, puppy mill, or research facility
  • Contact us if you can no longer keep the puppy

Intellectual Property

All content on excellpups.com, including text, images, and design, is owned by Excell Pups and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Excell Pups is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of a puppy, beyond the terms of our health guarantee.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
