How It Works

1. Health Clearance: Your puppy receives a final veterinary examination within 48 hours of travel. Only puppies in perfect health are cleared for shipping.

2. Documentation: Our team prepares all required paperwork:

  • USA deliveries: USDA APHIS health certificate and endorsement
  • UK deliveries: DEFRA-compliant documentation and AHC
  • EU deliveries: EU Pet Passport with rabies titre where required
  • Canada deliveries: CFIA import permit and health certificate

3. Climate-Controlled Transport: Your puppy travels in an airline-approved, climate-controlled crate with absorbent bedding, a familiar-scented blanket, and access to water. We only ship during safe temperature windows.

4. Door-to-Door Service: For domestic USA deliveries, we offer accompanied ground transport or direct flight delivery to your nearest major airport. International deliveries are arranged through trusted pet transport specialists.
